We have recently introduced the Virtual Lobby feature at this DMV location. This allows you to wait in your car until you are called in to be assisted by one of our clerks.

HOW IT WORKS

1. Scan the QR code on the door
2. Return to your car
3. You will receive a text stating that we are ready for you
4. Proceed to the clerk specified in the text

OFFICE NOW OPEN FOR IN-PERSON SERVICES

DMV offices operated by ODC are offering in-person services from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. starting June 1.

Our DMV sites continue to offer drop off services for DNR and vehicle tab renewals. Drop boxes are located outside each office. To ensure renewals are processed correctly, please follow these guidelines:

• Submit all paperwork within a sealed envelope (must include actual notice)
• Include payment by check or money order (make payable to ODC)
• Include correct mailing address, phone number, and insurance information

These will be processed as we receive them, and will get mailed back to you. Thank you for your understanding!

What you need to know:

• You can renew your driver’s license or ID cards in-person during this time. Licenses and ID cards that expired during the Stay at Home order will be given priority. Licenses that expired during this time need to be renewed within two months of the date the order was lifted on May 18.
• REAL ID enforcement date has been postponed a year due to the crisis. New date for requirement of REAL ID or Enhanced Drivers License is now October 1, 2021.
